When JCPenny stores will open
As of in-store sales, like some other retailers, who have decided to move back their open hours , JCPenney seems to stick with traditional opening times this year wishing to let their customers and staff to spend the Thanksgiving Day with their families and friends. So, it was announced that JCPenny stores will open at 4 a.m. on Friday, November 25 to start their in-stores after Thanksgiving sales.
